About the event
So you've got to grips with your interchangeable lens camera and now you're ready to take your landscape images to the next level?
Join me on a two day trip around Rotorua shooting landscapes and astroscapes. This workshop will cover all that's required to capture and process beautiful landscape images.
On Saturday we will be up early to head to a jetty on Lake Tarawera for sunrise. During the day we either go on a mushroom hunt to find the rare Blue Enteloma or head to Lake Okareka for some wildlife photography. We will have some time to look at our images and go through post processing. We will then head to Redwoods for Sunset.
On Sunday we will catch the sunrise along the central waterfront area, and head to Tarawera falls during the day, have another processing session before Sunset at another picturesque jetty.
On Monday morning we will head to a secret hotpool waterfall. This will be the final location for our workshop.
Both nights, if clear will see us shooting astro!
Please note - locations are flexible and may be changed due to weather conditions.
Travel throughout each day will be provided so there's no need to arrange for transportation (other than getting to Rotorua).
Please note: you don't need to use a Sony camera for this workshop, however you may not fully benefit from the tutoring experience and gear on hand.
