About the event
Join Croydon Camera House and Sony for this exciting and educational workshop in which you will have the opportunity to photograph the birds of the Western Treatment Plant and can try out Sony gear.
Franciscus is a wildlife veterinarian that works as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Melbourne in wildlife health. Whenever he is not at work, he is trying to get out into the bush to take photos of his favourite subjects, wildlife. The crossover of his professional background and hobbies means that Franciscus has a great understanding of natural history. This gives him the ability to accurately locate animals and predict their behaviour leading to engaging imagery. Franciscus shoots exclusively with Sony gear and is experienced in using a variety of camera body and lenses.
Please note: your $59 ticket of admission will provide you with a $50 voucher to put towards any Sony purchase!
