The NZCS, in partnership with Sony NZ and Photogear, invite you to a 4-hour workshop with Auckland DP Christo Montes on Saturday 7th March, to deep dive into the Sony Cinema Line FX series cameras, featuring the FX6 and including the FX30, FX2, FX3, and FX9.
Christo is an acknowledged FX6 guru and top contributor to the Sony FX6 User Group Facebook page, where his technical insights have saved many new users from hours of frustration. Shooting predominantly in the TVC, web content and doco/lifestyle genres, Christo's wide experience will assure an in-depth technical workshop, covering topics such as Functions & Operation, Exposure & Colour Science, Codecs & Workflow, and a Q&A session.
This workshop will suit both new FX users and those who already have experience with this camera range and are looking for some deeper insights into their capabilities.
Please join us at Photogear, 6 Akepiro Street, Mt Eden for a 12:30pm start on Saturday 7th March, 2026. The session will include an afternoon tea break and conclude around 4:30pm after a refreshment and networking opportunity.
