Award-winning cinematographer Mark Wareham will explain testing, evaluating and choosing a suitable system for a specific project, with references to his work on TV series Clickbait and La Brea.
Topics covered include the look of project and distinction between scenes, aspect ratio, lens selection, workability (form factor), exposure range, colour reproduction, camera compatibility and recording format (including data restrictions).

About the host:
Mark Wareham ACS is an award-winning Australian Director of Photography renowned for his creative collaboration and storytelling. Known for films like The Drover’s Wife, Jasper Jones, Felony, Clubland, and The Second, his work has premiered at Sundance, Toronto, SXSW, and the Australian Academy of Cinema & Television.
A skilled cinematographer for features and series, Mark's episodic credits include AMC’s Preacher, Secret City, Cleverman, Harrow, Redfern Now, and Clickbait. His work on the first season of Mystery Road competed at Camerimage in 2018.
Mark recently shot Netflix's Boy Swallows Universe and NBC's La Brea. He has completed Netflix's The Survivors, directed by Cherie Nowlan. Mark is currently shooting feature film Beast of War and in pre-production for feature film, Fing.
