The Golden Drive - With Camera House Castle Hill

Camera House Castle Hill presents The Golden Drive, an evening of light, motion, and creative storytelling hosted by Sony Advocates Hanna Saba, Joanne Stephan, and NSW Digital Imaging Specialist Nick Fraser.

As the sun dips over Castle Hill, join us on the rooftop for a hands-on experience capturing a selection of vehicles and models spread out over multiple stations. This immersive shootout is designed for photographers and filmmakers who want to refine their visual storytelling and capture powerful, atmospheric content in both a stills and video medium. By attending the event you also are encouraged to compete in a game of skills, with the winner of the best reel or carousel being awarded a new Sony FX2 (*T&C’s apply).

You’ll have the opportunity to test-drive Sony’s latest gear, including the all-new FX2 Cinema Camera and the 100mm f/2.8 GM Macro Lens, alongside a curated selection of Sony’s most popular mirrorless cameras and lenses. There will also be three stations, each one led by one of Sony’s advocates and specialists. This will allow you to dive deeper into portraiture and posing models in a street stye context with Hanna Saba, capture engaging commercial level automotive video with Jo Stephan, and master the challenging art of shooting hybrid lifestyle photo and video content with Nick Fraser. There will also be access to exclusive deals for the purchase of your next Sony Digital Imaging products!
