Orcas in Mexico

We’re excited to introduce the Orca Expedition in Mexico! We use a Spotter Plane Assisted Intelligence maximising our time on the water and ensuring we capture the most thrilling marine encounters in the region.

With a limit of just five guests per trip, our tours offer an intimate, once-in-a-lifetime experience with the incredible wildlife of the Sea of Cortez. Your adventure kicks off with an afternoon arrival at SJD Cabo, setting the stage for an unforgettable journey through Baja, Mexico.

La Ventana, nestled along the Sea of Cortez, is a hotspot for resident mobula rays. The peak season, from June to July, showcases their awe-inspiring gatherings. Past expeditions have treated guests to extraordinary encounters with blue whales, whale sharks, huge dolphin pods, sperm whales, orcas, and humpback whales. 

It’s no wonder our tour is hailed as the ultimate blue water expedition on the planet!

To ensure the best possible experience, we've partnered with the most skilled local captains in La Ventana. During the peak months of June, and July, you'll witness vast schools of mobula rays, orcas, Blue whales, fin whales, sperm whales, humpback whales, sea lions, manta rays, and large pods of dolphins.
