Booking an event on Scene – key things to know

Please see our terms and conditions and FAQs for the complete terms and information that apply to Scene events. Here are some key points to know:

• When you become a Scene member, we will need to collect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Scene event hosts are usually independent contractors and not employees of Sony. These contractors may be entitled to revenues from ticket sales, may be paid directly by Sony in some cases, and are also entitled to incentives and non-monetary benefits from Sony.
• Some Scene events require a degree of physical fitness. You are responsible for ensuring you can safely participate. If you are unsure of whether you can safely participate, please discuss with your Host ahead of time.
• Some Scene events may require you to sign a waiver or other legal form after you have paid to attend the event, for example when the event involves a helicopter flight or other activity involving some level of risk. Please read these carefully as signing these forms can impact your legal rights.
• If a Scene event is cancelled or has a major change you are entitled to a refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
