Ways to Earn
Points Expiry & Annual Reset
Scene Rewards is a free annual membership program that automatically enrolls you when you create a Scene account. Scene Rewards points expire each year, and your points balance resets to zero on January 1st, marking the start of each new membership year.
Tier Benefits & Requirements
As a Scene member, you can unlock the benefits of the Silver and Gold membership tiers by accumulating the required points:
- Silver Tier: 1,000 points
- Gold Tier: 2,000 points
Once you achieve a tier, your status will be carried forward into the following year. However, at the start of the new year, your points balance will reset to zero, and you must accumulate points again to maintain your membership tier and its associated benefits.

Scene membership automatically includes access to Scene Rewards! If you do not have a Scene account, you can sign up online here.
If you’re an existing Scene member i.e. you’ve previously booked a ticket to a Scene event online, then you already have access to Scene Rewards! You can log into your Scene account or reset your password here.
Earning points moves you through different membership tiers, each of which unlocks a range of benefits. Depending on your tier, you may enjoy perks such as discounts on events on Scene, merch gift packs, entry into monthly Sony Store voucher draws, access to exclusive Scene workshops, and complimentary Scene Tradeshow tickets.

Scene Rewards points are awarded after an event concludes. Please allow 2-3 business days for the points to be processed.
If your points have not been credited within this timeframe, you can submit a missing points claim via the link in the Dashboard section within your Scene account.

There's a few reasons you might not be receiving emails, whether that's because your email address was recorded incorrectly or you've opted out in the past.
You can check your email is correct by logging into your Scene account here, clicking on your name in the top right corner and heading to the ‘Dashboard’ section and navigating to the ‘Account’ page via the menu on the left hand-side of the screen.

Successful claims will receive an email notification confirming your gift redemption.
You will receive another email notification once the parcel has been shipped. Delivery fulfillment is via Australia Post and will typically take 2-5 business days to complete.
Loyalty discounts on events are automatically applied during the booking checkout process subject to eligibility requirements.
External events -- which are events listed on Scene but take ticket sales through a third-party webiste -- are not eligible for the Silver or Gold Scene Rewards discount.
