About the event
Sony Alpha Adelaide's first event for 2020. Open to all Sony Alpha photographers in South Australia and their friends.
Free parking in Plane Tree Drive (closest entrance to the café is Friends' Gate, next to North Lodge).
Meet at 3pm for afternoon tea and chat at Café Fibonacci (a.k.a. The Gardens Cafe & Kiosk), which is next to the Schomburgk Pavilion (not to be confused with the Simpson Kiosk).
The Botanic Gardens have a photo from everyone: from surprising landscapes in the heart of the city to wildlife photography of birds and small critters, and of course everything botanical: from Murdoch Avenue ( www.environment.sa.gov.au/botanicgardens/blogs/around-the-gardens/murdoch-avenue-turns-150 ), with its rows of magnificent Moreton Bay fig trees, to the smallest flowers and the bees that hang near them, you have to try really hard not to walk away with good images.
If you get lost or run late, please contact Colin on 0408-4-COLIN (0408-4-26546).
