Beach Portrait Photography using Natural Light Photo Walk

About the event

Please note: The ticket price will be used to cover models hiring costs on the day. I will ensure that we have at least 2 if not 4 agency models available on the day to practice with.  

We will meet at the entrance of the beach which is opposite to the Edward Street. I will give a 20 minute briefing on beach portrait photography using natural light techniques and then we will distribute in groups of 5 photographers and 1 model and practice beach portrait photography. (5 Photographers 1 Model ratio)

  • Camera + Any Portrait Lens from 35mm to 200mm

  • Casual beach clothing

There will be a few Sony portrait lenses and Sony camera bodies available to play with.

There are heaps off-street free parking on Edward Street or you can also park (Paid Parking) at the Black Rock Beach which is 5 minutes walk away.
