About the event
In collaboration with Camera House Croydon, join Sony Digital Imaging Advocate Dylan Giannakopoulos and a representative from Sony Australia on a 90 minute live videochat - Cities by Night. Share your photos with other keen photographers, get advice, and be inspired.
City centres have a wealth of photographic opportunities. From portraiture to street and cityscape photography, the possibilities are only limited by your imagination! In this open format environment, you will have the opportunity to share and discuss your images, whilst gaining insight and inspiration from Dylan and other like minded photographers. Whether you need help shooting car trails or want to learn more about shooting handheld in low light, this is the perfect opportunity to have your questions answered and get you on your way to purse your photographic goals!
- You'll be amazed at how quickly 90 minutes goes by when chatting with other photographers. To get a good discussion going, we need all guests to send in two of their favourite pictures inspired by Cities by Night theme.
- Once you've booked your ticket, please send via WeTransfer two pictures to Dylan at dylangiannaphotography@outlook.com. We would also appreciate it if you could rename the files to include your name, for ex. Matt.Webb1.jpeg, this helps us organise all the photos in the background.
- If you want specific advice on a picture that "didn't quite hit the mark", then please email it in as well and rename the file with the word "feedback" for example (henri.cartier.feedback.jpg)
We will record the session and send guests a ‘Replay Link’ afterwards to study and review. If you have any concerns or reservations about this, please contact us before your session and we can find a solution that works best for everyone.
