DIVING INTO THE DARKNESS - Screening and Q&A With Nays Baghai

This exclusive Screening/workshop will dive into the behind-the-scenes of Diving Into The Darkness. The film’s director and co-cinematographer, Nays Baghai, will outline the creativity, logistics and technical expertise required to pull off these shots. In addition to that, Nays will also unveil his signature camera and diving equipment that he uses for demanding projects like these, and he will offer tips for beginner underwater creatives. This is not a workshop you want to miss!

Nays Baghai is an independent filmmaker and underwater creative from Sydney, Australia. A graduate of Australia’s national film school, AFTRS Nays has won 30 awards for his short films, and both of his feature films as a director, Descent and Diving Into The Darkness, have won Oscar-qualifying film festivals. His portfolio as a videographer and underwater cameraman includes Rolex, Sony, SBS, Scuba Diver Magazine, and Tourism Australia.
