Meetup & shoot Hobart's icons, Tasman Bridge and Mt Wellington, at sunset!

About the event

Come join fellow photographers for a relaxed sunset meetup at the iconic Tasman Bridge! The sun is in great alignment with the bridge, allowing for some interesting compositions and long exposure opportunities. The shoot is based at the Tasman Bridge Lookout on the eastern shore of Hobart. Looking west we will have the impressive span of Tasman Bridge leading towards the iconic outline of kunanyi / Mount Wellington. It's a great spot to slow down and practice the art of long exposures.

Please bring your camera, tripod, and any filters you may use for long exposure photography.

Meeting Point: The location is a little challenging to pinpoint with a street address. Visit the Google Maps pin below for precise directions. There's ample un-timed parking available along the street near the meeting point.
