Melbourne Laneways and Arcades Photowalk

Join award winning photographer and Sony Digital Imaging Advocate, Dylan Giannakopoulos on a photowalk through the hidden laneways and arcades of Melbourne’s CBD on the 6th September 2025.

Beginning at the iconic Hosier Lane, Dylan will guide you through a wide array of photographic opportunities that Melbourne’s laneways and arcades have to offer. From bold street art to intricate architecture and historic arcades, the city provides endless inspiration.

Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro, this 2-hour session offers photographers of all levels the chance to practice their skills, receive practical, hands-on guidance, and connect with like-minded photography enthusiasts. The photowalk concludes at a cafe, with a hot or cold beverage of your choice included in the event fee.

In the event of heavily forecasted rain or a severe weather event, the decision to cancel or postpone the workshop due to weather conditions will be made 24-48 hours prior unless in extraordinary circumstances.
