About the event

Music Video Production Experience with Eric Peng & Xanu

Join Eric Peng, Sony Digital Imaging Advocate, for an exciting hands-on Sony Scene workshop focused on the art of music video production. In this immersive session, you’ll learn how to bring a music video to life—from concept to final cut—alongside acclaimed artist Xanu.

With over 34,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and millions of streams worldwide, Xanu will be performing exclusively for this workshop, giving you a rare opportunity to film a professional artist in a real-world production setting.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll gain practical experience across every stage of the process, including styling, pre-production planning, filming techniques, camera movement, and editing. Guided by Eric, you’ll step into the role of a creator on set and produce your own short-form music video clip (15–30 seconds), giving you a true taste of industry workflow.

Enhancing the experience, the set will feature creative RGB lighting powered by Nanlite, giving you the opportunity to experiment with dynamic lighting setups commonly used in professional music video productions.

Proudly presented in partnership with Croydon Camera House, supporting the creative community with industry-leading gear and expertise.

This is also your chance to get hands-on with the latest Sony Cinema Line cameras and G Master lenses—tools trusted by professionals—while capturing visually striking performance footage you won’t get anywhere else.
