An exploration of the south islands rugged highlands

About the event

Does flying above the glaciers in a private helicopter, exploring waterfalls from a boat, and descending into ice caves grab your attention?

Welcome to our Sony Scene, New Zealand photography expedition.

Please note: this event has now been rescheduled to August 2022

We have handcrafted this experience to maximize every aspect of your trip, from premium single occupancy accommodation, to un-paralleled views at every corner, and of course to complement this you'll have the undivided attention from not one, but two professional photographers to help and guide your New Zealand experience.

An editing masterclass during the trip is also included, where we can help you craft your aesthetics to reach your full creative potential.

Your trip will take you to several destinations around Queenstown New Zealand, where we have tailored an experience like no other, including but not limited to:

  • Queenstown
  • Milford Sound boat tour
  • Sunrise shoot at Lake Manapouri/Lake Te Anau area
  • Jacks Point
  • The Shotover Canyons
  • Astro Photography
  • Wanaka
  • Senic Flight and Glacier Landing

This trip involves moderate activity: travellers should be in good health, be comfortable walking or standing for extended periods, and prepared for several hours of activity on some days. Excursions may include navigating uneven terrain and walking on paths with steep ascents/descents. Those who are prone to motion sickness may be uncomfortable on the senic flight or during drives on bumpy roads.

The destinations and daily itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions and other factors outside of our control.

A full itinerary and list of recommended camera gear will be sent upon booking confirmation.
