About the event
This session offers a service many of you have asked for: informed, constructive critique of your work. It's one of the most powerful ways to learn, and a great way to benefit from the experience of others. We will look at a few images from each participant and then give quick feedback.
I have over 40 years experience assessing images for exhibitions, student assessment, publication, and international competitions. But don't be intimidated: I don't bite, I don't grill. I'm only interested in using your own work to help you improve your photography.
Open to all photographers, at any level and with any camera. If you wish attend just to take part, without showing any of your work, you are also very welcome.
Bring a USB stick with 3-5 images: they must ALL be JPEG format, at least 1920 pixels but not larger than 4000 pixels on the long side. (RAW images will not be looked at.) Bring your images before or after processing as you wish, but not in RAW format.
This is an informal session, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss answers.
