About the event
Join Sony Advocate, Craig Turnbull for an informative, but casual meetup/photowalk in Brisbane City.
Meeting just outside the main entrance to City Hall in King George Square, the group will first get to know each other before heading out through the streets and alleyways of Brisbane.
As per the poll results on the QLD Sony Alpha Users & Friends Facebook Group the theme, is Street Photography.
The event is open to users of all camera makes and models and the plan is to run these on the last Saturday of each month. The theme for subsequent meetups will be decided by the attendees, either during the meetup, or via discussion in the Facebook Group.
Please note this is a meetup, not a workshop, Craig will provide guidance and tips for street photography and is available to answer any Sony camera or lens related questions.
A selection of Sony camera bodies and lenses will be available, subject to availability. If there is a specific camera body or lens you would like to try, please contact Craig at least 1 week prior to the event date.
