About the event
This session is designed to help you prepare your photos for entry in the Sony Alpha Awards 2021, with over $30,000 worth of Sony camera gear to win! Last year one of our Sony Alpha Adelaide members won the Portrait category, and a couple more locals made the final round of judging (an excellent achievement). Entries close on Monday 31st May.
Colin J. Pearce (competition administrator for the South Australian Photographic Federation) will be giving tips to help you ensure your entries comply with the requirements of the competition, plus how to check your photos and prepare them for entry.
We will be meeting online, using the very popular Zoom meeting software. Before the meeting, if you haven't already, please go to the below Zoom website and sign up (using the big orange "Sign Up, it's free" button). Please use your actual name (so we know who you are).
Then download the "Zoom Client for Meetings" from:
