About the event
PechaKucha (Japanese for "chit-chat") is a storytelling format where a presenter shows 20 slides for 20 seconds of commentary each. At a PechaKucha Night, multiple creators gather at a venue to share personal presentations about their work.
For this inaugural Sony Store PechaKucha Night we will hear from three highly accomplished professional image makers...
- Pet photographer Kirsten Hough - wortandflea.co.nz
- Portrait photographer Spid - spid.co.nz
- Food and still-life photographer Vanessa Wu - vanessawu.com
Immediately following their short 6 minute and 40 second presentations, Kirsten, Spid and Vanessa will answer questions from the audience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the creative practices of three established industry experts.
Everyone who attends this event will to go into the draw to win a Sony 64GB Tough UHS-II SD card worth $249!
NB: The winner will be drawn on the night and needs to be there in-person to receive their prize - otherwise there will be a redraw.
