About the event
Come along with Sony Advocate Craig Turnbull and Sony Digital Imaging Specialist Maurice Waters, for a free photography meetup. To be held in conjuction with the Alpha Users & Friends Facebook Group at the Brisbane Airport, utilising the latest Sony cameras equipped with AI capabilities to identify and track subjects, specifically airplanes.
Sony Alpha Cameras such as the Alpha 7R V, Alpha 7C II, Alpha 7C R and the A-PSC Alpha 6700 will be available to try out for the duration of the event. Unfortunately we do not yet have access to the ground breaking Sony Alpha 9 III.
There will also be a variety of Sony telephoto lenses avaible for use, however due to the upcoming Olympic games and the demand for Sony big boy primes, these will be unavailable.
Limited spots are available due to the location and airport requirements for the event, so early registration is encouraged.
Note: Please ensure compliance with all airport regulations and follow safety guidelines during the event. Respectful behavior towards airport staff, fellow participants, and airport visitors is expected at all times.
This event is open to all makes and models of DSLR, or mirrorless cameras.
Permission from the Brisbane Airport Corporation has been granted, if question by security during the event, please direct them to your host.
