About the event

This photo walk is all about getting together and raising money for those affected by the devastating bushfires. I've chosen the CommBank CANGIVE Bushfire Appeal as they will match the donation.

We'll shoot sunrise together on top of the cliffs, followed by a walk along the river towards the Thornton Street Ferry Terminal.

I know it's an early start, but its for a good cause and the light is amazing this time of the morning. You can also choose to attend for the sunrise shoot (5am-6am), the photo walk portion (7am-8am), or both.

The Plan

We will first meetup at Bar Spritz cafe around 5:00AM and will only walk a short distance from here to shoot sunrise which is at 5:20AM. Around 6:00AM the photowalk portion will start and again finish at the cafe, where we can grab a coffee and indulge in some photo chat.

I don't have a camera/lens. Will I be able to borrow one?

There will be a selection of Sony Mirrorless Bodies and Sony Lenses available for you to use.

Are there any age or mobility restrictions for this event?

Yes, part of the photo walk involved going down and up steep stairs.

Can minors (under 18) register for this event if accompanied by a responsible adult who also books their own ticket?
