Take your video production skills to the next level in this focused one-hour training session.
Sony Digital Imaging Advocates will guide you through the technical foundations and creative possibilities of Sony’s professional video tools, covering:

XAVC codecs — understanding formats, bitrates, and when to use each. (XAVC HS vs XAVS S-I vs XAVC-S)

S-Cinetone — achieving cinematic colour straight out of camera.

Shutter angle — how settings shape motion, exposure, and mood.

Cine EI basics — setting exposure for maximum dynamic range.

Optimal camera settings — getting the most from your Sony gear.

Intro to video lighting — principles to enhance depth and mood.
You’ll have the chance to put techniques into practice in a professional space, with Eric and Scott offering practical tips and real-world applications throughout.
Bring your own Sony camera, or use one of the limited loan units available. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with the confidence and knowledge to capture footage that’s both technically excellent and visually compelling.
