Join us in the heart of the Australian Outback for four stunning days in the Red Centre. An itinerary full of photogenic opportunities from the Field of Dreams at night to the aerial views of a doors off helicopter ride, we will encapsulate as much of the colourful landscape as possible.

Day 1 - Ayers Rock - Field of Lights Star Pass

Arrival is at Ayers Rock Airport. This evening we head out to stroll under the stars at The Field of Light Uluru. Just after the sun sets, you’ll be welcomed to an exclusive dune top As darkness falls, 50,000 glass spheres will gently light up the desert. Covered under a sky brilliant with stars, Field of Light beckons you to lose yourself momentarily in the rhythms of coloured light.

Day 2 - Uluru Sunrise and Kata Tjuta

Rise early to travel to the sunrise viewing area, Talinguru Nyakunytjaku, in Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Enjoy a warm cup of tea or coffee while you watch the changing colours of Uluru as the outback awakens to the first sunlight of the day. Travel to the mystical 36 domes of Kata Tjuta and admire panoramic views of the southern side before arriving at the base of Walpa Gorge. Explore the gorge and its unusual conglomerate rock formations before following a walking trail through Walpa Gorge. Astro Tour: Learn about astronomy and its beginnings, Interactive tour with use of telescopes and binoculars

Day 3 - Kings Canyon & Outback Panorama

Drive through the sand hill country towards Kings Canyon, stopping at Kings Creek Station for a delicious cooked breakfast of bacon & eggs, baked beans and toast with coffee, tea and juice. Continue on to Watarrka National Park where you can make the rocky climb with your Guide to the rim of Kings Canyon to be rewarded with marvellous views. The six km Kings Canyon Rim Walk may take up to three hours to complete and is for those with a good level of fitness*. Along the way visit the Garden of Eden, a green oasis deep inside the Canyon.

*Optional base walk for those who don't wish to climb to the rim

Day 4 - Extended Helicopter flight over Uluru - Kata Tjuta National Park

Experience the beauty of these famous Australian landmarks from above. The incredible rock formations of Uluru and Kata Tjuta are a must-see from the air. On the flight, you’ll fly by Uluru and across to the spectacular domes of Kata Tjuta for a view that will leave you speechless.

Due to the sacredness of this area, much of it is off-limits from the ground. The only way to really appreciate this amazing landscape is to see it from above. You will not be disappointed! The extended helicopter tour adds an extra six minutes to the flight to match the flight path of our planes. This extension will take you around the back to capture that ultimate shot of Uluru and Kata Tjuta together.

The afternoon is your choice. There is so much to see including options listed below. You may  choose to relax at the resort instead.
