About the event
Come and join me at the NZTFI Trans-Tasman Tag Football Champs in Auckland on April 5th.
Tag football is a fast-paced, colourful and exciting sport - so this will be a great event to shoot that will result in spectacular images.
The session will start with a quick introduction and safety briefing. I will then give some advice about camera settings, lens selection, and choosing locations to shoot from. While this a Tag event, the techniques will work across most sports. I'm keen to help you get the best photos of athletes with the gear you have.
We will shoot LOTS of images! Although this is scheduled as a two-hour workshop, the tournament will go on all day and I'll be shooting all day - so you're welcome to hang around and cover more matches if you like.
I will have my Alpha 1 II and Alpha 9 III as well as a few lenses for you to try out. Remember to bring a fast UHS-II SD or CFexpress Type A memory card if you want to test out these Sony cameras.
