Terms & Conditions – Complimentary Sony Online 1:1 Workshop

  1. 1x Complimentary Sony Online 1:1 Workshop conducted by Sony Digital Imaging Advocates eligible on purchase of select Sony Camera bodies. Offer ends 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 October 2025, or while voucher codes last.  

  2. Limit of 1x Complimentary Sony Online 1:1 Workshop voucher code will be provided per qualifying item purchased.  

  3. Eligible Cameras

  4. Within 5 days of your order shipping, you will receive a Sony Scene (https://scene.sonyanz.com/) voucher via email, valued at $250 AUD, redeemable on selected online camera workshops.

    Redeem your unique, one-time voucher code on Sony Scene (https://scene.sonyanz.com/) website during booking to secure your spot in the 1:1 workshop. 

    If you do not already have a Sony Scene account, you must create one at https://www.scene.com.au to redeem and book workshops. 

  5. Voucher codes are valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed by the expiry date listed on the voucher.  

  6. The voucher and workshop bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other offers.

    Workshop cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to the discretion and availability of the host. Approval is not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 
     
    Any rescheduling must be completed, with the new date redeemed within the original promotion period. Extensions beyond this period are not permitted. 
     
    Workshops are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to capacity limits. If all sessions are fully booked during your redemption period, please contact us at SonyScene.SANZ@sony.com to explore alternative options. 
     
    Failure to attend a booked workshop without proper cancellation will result in forfeiture of the voucher and workshop entitlement. 

  1. Offer is available for personal use only and not for re-sale, commercial or leasing purposes. 

  2. Employees, contractors, and staff of Sony Australia and its related entities are ineligible to participate in this offer. 

  3. Offer available online at the Sony Online Store at store.sony.com.au. 

  4. Except for any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (for example a repair or refund on the eligible camera or it does not meet one of the other consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law), the Sony Scene voucher will be voided when the eligible camera is returned. Sony reserves the right to void the Sony Scene voucher or to request payment for the value of the Sony Scene voucher when the eligible camera has been returned.   

  5. Sony reserves the right to change or extend this offer at its discretion. Availability of products is not guaranteed. Sony reserves the right to refund the order where inventory is not available. 

  6. Eligibility for the Promotion is at the discretion of Sony.  

  7. Offer cannot be redeemed against a prior purchase and may not be applied in conjunction with any other offers.

  12. By joining this Sony Online 1:1 Workshop, you consent to the session being recorded for internal use such as training, quality improvement, and documentation. Recordings may include your voice, image, and shared content, and will be securely stored and accessed only by authorised staff. Please notify Sony or the Host if you do not wish to be included in the recording. By participating, you agree to these terms. 

  13. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees set out in the Australian Consumer Law of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). 

  14. Sony may need to refuse participation in this Offer where Sony has evidence (or reasonably suspects) the existence of fraud or other illegal behaviour, where it is necessary to protect Sony’s infrastructure, systems and assets or where Sony is compelled to do so by law. 

  15. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
