Learn the art of capturing beautiful waterfalls with ND filters

About the event

Learn the best techniques for creating lush waterfall and river scenes at unique Bay of Plenty locations. This event is tailored to learning various composition and setting techniques to improve your waterfall long exposure photography using a polariser and neutral density filters.

We will visit 2 locations during the workshop so you will need transport to get between the two spots.

Please Note: To get the most from this workshop you will need both a polariser AND at least one ND filter (6-stop would be best). If you do not own an ND filter and polariser, please contact me. I will have some filters available to use during the workshop but it is first in, first served. I will also need to know the thread size of the lens you will be using.

You will also need a good level of fitness to attend this workshop as the track down to Kaiate Falls is steep with lots of steps AND we may go off track on private land so you will need to be comfortable bush bashing and climbing fences.

Operating under the COVID-19 Protection Framework
Attendees need to be fully vaccinated to attend (vaccine passes will be sighted). Attendees will need to use the COVID Tracer app to sign in on arrival. The use of face masks is encouraged.
