Our Youth Workshop Series is open to photographers aged 13-25 of all skill levels.
Our experienced hosts will be on hand to assist and guide your journey in capturing incredible portrait photographs.
Kickstart your journey in photography with industry leader and entrepreneur, Eric Peng and Ruben Fino. Explore the nuances of Portrait Photography whilst using Sony G-Master Lenses, and direct models. Based on the iconic Tamarama Beach, Sydney, discover the sweeping coastline and unique textures to create incredible portraits.
Suitable for all skill levels, the workshop will take you on a scenic walk around Tamarama Beach and surrounds, whilst shooting a professional model. You will be able to take home a portfolio of images showcasing your latest work from this workshop.
Carefully tailored to your professional learning needs, you will learn the basics of portrait photography, directing models, working with natural lighting as well as an opportiunity to use some of the best Alpha equipment available from Sony.
All levels of experience, including beginners are welcome.
About your hosts
Ruben Fino is a professional photographer at EP Group Australia and 2021 APA Junior Category Winner. Specialising in street, travel and creative photography, Ruben has a unique approach to imaging.
Eric Peng is an Professional Photographer and Director at EP Group Australia, known for his commercial and fine art photography. As a Sony Digital Imaging Advocate, he has a deep understanding of Sony camera systems and will be available to share his insights and expertise during the event.
