About the event

This presentation is an opportunity to see how one of Michelle's Digital Creative Composite Images was created, from start to finish, including all the adjustment layers, shadow layers and overall effects.  Learn the Photoshop techniques used to build a believable scene.

There is something in this presentation for everyone!  

Despite being online this is an interactive presentation.  You will benefit from having a microphone (and camera if possible) so you can participate in any discussions.

  • Creative Composites - where to start?  How to shoot, Equipment
  • Adobe Photoshop - working in a non destructive way.
  • Adobe Photoshop - masking, layers, subject selection and refinement.
  • Adobe Photoshop - colour correcting, dodging & burning
  • Adobe Photoshop - Cloning & Patch Tool
  • Shadows - contact and ambient 
  • Overall Effects - DxO Filters

What to bring

  • Note pad and pen (if you want to remember all the secrets!)
