Advancing Creativity: Kids' Level 2 Photography Course
Building on the success of our introductory Kids' School Holiday Camera Program, we are excited to offer a new Photography Course designed for young photographers ready to take their skills to the next level. This 2 hour daily, two-day course is perfect for those who attended our first course in April or have a solid understanding of camera basics.
Day 1: Mastering Manual Mode and Posing Techniques
8th July, 9.30am-11.30am
On the first day, students will dive into the world of manual mode, learning how to take full control of their camera settings. They will explore the intricacies of adjusting ISO, shutter speed, and aperture to achieve the perfect exposure in various lighting conditions. This hands-on session will help them understand the relationship between these settings and how they impact the final image.
In addition to mastering manual mode, students will learn the art of posing a single person. They'll discover techniques to guide their subjects into natural and flattering poses, ensuring their portraits capture the essence of the individual. This skill is crucial for creating compelling and expressive photos.
Day 2: Exploring Lighting Techniques
9th July, 9.30am- 11.30am
The second day focuses on different lighting techniques. Students will learn how to work with natural light, artificial light, and mixed lighting conditions to create stunning photos. They will experiment with reflectors, diffusers, and continuous light sources to see how light direction, quality, and intensity can dramatically change the look and feel of their images.
