About the event
Join Luke Tscharke, Sony Australia, Sony Advocate Eric Peng, and Camera House Launceston for a sunrise shoot at King's Bridge in Launceston. This iconic location offers diverse photographic opportunities, including car traffic trails, flowing water, and architectural elements. As the sun rises, you'll have the chance to capture the early morning light and add this classic Launceston scene to your portfolio.
We'll meet at the Tamar Rowing Club Car Park and walk to King's Bridge, exploring different vantage points along the way. King's Bridge, designed by British civic engineer William Doyne and opened in 1864, spans the entrance of Cataract Gorge and provides stunning views of the area. Please be aware that we'll be photographing near roads, so it's crucial to stay safe and vigilant at all times. Ensure you're comfortable in this environment and follow all safety guidelines.
This event is suitable for all skill levels. You'll have the opportunity to learn new techniques, try Sony loan equipment, and get hands-on assistance from experienced photographers.
