This is a boutique workshop with limited places. We start our adventure in Christchurch, and traverse Central Otago taking in :
• Canterbury’s High Country to Ashburton Lakes
• Mackenzie Country to Lake Tekapo
• Aoraki/Mount Cook
• Wanaka to Gledhu Bay
• Glenorchy and the Dart River

We have been exploring the South Island of New Zealand for over 25 years, so our itinerary may vary, subject to weather conditions and how this affects the landscape.

During the workshop our aim is to showcase the magnificent landscapes of Central Otago. To assist you in capturing this majesty, we will cover camera settings, composition and post processing. The workshop is suitable for beginners to professionals. Smart phones are welcome, and one of the composition tools that we use regularly. The small group size enables ample time for detailed and extended discussion with personal attention during photo shoots and post processing sessions to help you bring the best out of the photographs you’ve captured. We have extensive experience in the New Zealand high country and respect the unpredictable nature of the Alpine environment, which can be sunny one moment and a freezing blizzard the next. We’ll advise on how to keep both you and your equipment warm, safe and dry.
