About the event
From learning what all the buttons on your camera do and basic editing correction, to delving deep into theories of composition and visual communication, step up your photography skills with award winning photographer and Sony Digital Imaging Advocate Andrew Clarke!
Andrew's 3-hour private workshops are tailor made to each student, so regardless of your shooting style or experience level, this workshop will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to develop your skills and reach your photography goals. As a special Sony Scene introductory deal, bring a friend for no extra charge to any private workshop in April/May 2019!
Settle in for post-processing workshop at Andrew's Northbridge studio space and/or choose a venue for an on-location shoot such as:
Perth City - Elizabeth Quay, Kings Park, Yagan Square/South Perth etc;
Coastal - any location between Coogee and Joondalup;
The Hills - Lesmurdie Falls, Bells Rapids etc; or
any other location within 45 minutes of Perth.

Example programme:
3:00pm - Meet at Andrew's Northbridge studio space
3:00-3:45pm - Discuss exposure balancing and best settings for landscape photography
3:50-4:00pm - Travel to Elizabeth Quay
4:00-5:30pm - Shoot golden hour and sunset at Elizabeth Quay
5:30-6:00pm - Image review and debrief at coffee shop at Elizabeth Quay or back at the studio

(Optional) Laptop or tablet with editing software (***required for post-production workshop***)
Yes! On request you may be able to borrow a full-frame Sony camera and lens for the workshop.
To ensure that it is available on the day, you must contact the host in advance of the workshop at andrew@andrewjclarke.com.au (preferred) or on 0431 262 360 (if urgent).
Dress according to the weather forecast for the day and the workshop location. If the workshop is in a coastal location, conditions may be cold or windy.
