About the event
Join award winning photographer Robin Moon for a 5 day adventure on three salt lakes located in the Mallee District of North West Victoria.
We will explore:
• Lake Tyrrell • Lake Wahpool • Lake Timboram
Capturing:
• Sunrise and Sunset Mirror Reflections • Aerial Abstract Landscapes by drone • Evening Astrophotography This is a photographic adventure designed by photographers for photographers.
Deposit is to be paid through Sonyscene here and Full cost of the workshop is $1950 to be paid directly to Wanderlust Imagery

Techniques covered
Beginners to Professionals both Landscape and Drone and Astro Photography. At previous workshops guests have borrowed our drones and enjoyed the learning curve.
What to bring
- Camera - Whatever you have. We can also help with iPhone photography.
- Remote - A remote control for your camera to reduce shutter shake
- Filters Nisi ND 6 for sunrise / sunset and Night Filter for the Silo shot, otherwise adjust in post processing.
- Tripod - Sunrise, sunset and astrophotography. Plastic bags to protect tripod feet in the salty water.
- Lenses - 14-24mm for wide landscapes and 12mm f/2.8 for astrophotography 70-200mm for details and wildlife
- Drone - Spare batteries and in-car charger
- Gumboots - Muddy edges of the salt lake
- Insect repellant

• Transport to and from Sealake. For those travelling from Sydney we usually overnight in Narrandera
to break up the drive. Narrandera has a great dark sky for Astrophotography.
