Join Sony Advocate Luke Tscharke and representatives from Sony Australia for a "Touch and Try" session at Sony House in Opossum Bay on Saturday, 5 October 2024. This event offers a great opportunity to explore and try out the latest Sony photography equipment, with a focus on landscape photography. Whether you're interested in testing new lenses, cameras, or other gear, this session is perfect for getting hands-on experience with the tools that can elevate your landscape photography.
The "Touch and Try" session is part of a full day of Sony Scene activities:
Saturday October 5th 2024
- 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Long Exposure Photography Workshop (Mortimer Bay, South Arm)
- 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM: Sony Gear Touch and Try for Landscape Photography (Sony House, South Arm)
- 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Landscape Photography Editing Workshop (Sony House, South Arm)
- 2:00PM - 4:00 PM: Sony Youth Photography Workshop (Sony House, South Arm)
The session is designed to be interactive and informative, giving you the chance to ask questions, compare different equipment, and see how it performs in real-world landscape photography scenarios. This event is run in conjunction with Stallard’s Camera House in Hobart.

- Understanding the capabilities of the latest Sony landscape photography gear
- Comparing different lenses and cameras
- Test the Sony Alpha 1, Alpha 9 III, or Alpha 7R V
- Test a huge range of lenses, include many of the Sony GM lens lineup
