About the event
PechaKucha (Japanese for "chit-chat") is a storytelling format where a presenter shows 20 slides for 20 seconds of commentary each. At a PechaKucha Night, multiple creators gather at a venue to share personal presentations about their work.
To coincide with NZ Music Month and the annual From the Pit music photography exhibition, this Sony Store PechaKucha Night at Sylvia Park will feature five talented concert photographers...
Immediately following their short 6 minute and 40 second presentations, each creator will answer questions from the audience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the creative practices of five experienced event photographers.
There will be special offers on the night, and everyone who attends will go into the draw to win a Sony 64GB Tough UHS-II SD card worth $249!
NB: The winner will be drawn on the night and needs to be there in-person to receive their prize - otherwise there will be a redraw.
