Ideally suited to those coming to Uluru with their camera, first and foremost this is a tour focused on Landscape photography offering photographers of all levels the opportunity to capture the broad vistas of Uluru and Kata Tjuta at sunrise and sunset, up close juxtaposed with the desert landscape on the many walks available in the park, capturing the changing light across the landscape from high above out of the open doors of a helicopter*, and some unique timely night images of Bruce Munro’s Field of Light installation before it concludes in 2020^.

While on location, you will be tutored on the techniques and compositions to help you capture the superlative landmarks, natural landscape, flora and sometimes fauna, and there is plenty of time to critique some of your images and do some post processing.

Uluru has so much to offer photographers like you, but we don’t just want you to take away memorable images from your tour. We want you to experience the parks cultural heritage as well, so there will be plenty of interpretative commentary introducing you to Anangu culture and the Tjukurpa stories associated with Uluru and opportunity to learn about the natural formation of these geological phenomenon.

As such, you will find this tour is also ideal for non-photographers who can enjoy being guided through the park by a fully accredited Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park Guide.
