A casual sunset photo walk around Auckland's Viaduct Harbour

About the event

Join me for an urban photo walk and meet-up at Auckland's Silo Park!

As this is a casual event there won't be any formal techniques covered on the night. This photo walk aims to help bring people together and build community. Photographers, videographers and content creators of all ages and levels of experience are welcome to attend! 

We'll meet at the giant concrete silos at Silo Park at 7:30pm for a 8pm start. From there we'll make our way through to some scenic locations around Viaduct Harbour.

Additional information

  • You don't need a Sony camera to attend this event. 
  • Due to the uncertainty of the weather this event may be postponed to a later date.
  • Please ensure that you sign up to this event with an active email address as there will be regular email updates sent out closer to the event. (I will also be posting updates for this event on my Instagram stories: @LukeNicholas)
  • If you book tickets but find out that you can't attend please let me know as soon as possible.

  • No specific techniques will be covered on the evening, but I will be happy to offer advice about camera settings and answer any questions that may arise.

Comfortable walking shoes and clothing suited for the weather on the day.
There is paid parking available near the meeting point at the viaduct harbour
There are no age or mobility restrictions for this event, however as we will be travelling a reasonable distance (where steps may be encountered) a basic level of fitness is recommended.
Yes, the meeting point is easily accessible by public transport.
