About the Host

Your host for this online session is Luke Tscharke, a professional photographer based in the beautiful city of Hobart, who has been passionately exploring the world of infrared photography since 2014. The magic of infrared has been instrumental in capturing some of his most applauded work, including "Barossa Bolt," which won the prestigious International Landscape Photograph of the Year in 2015. With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of this unique photographic technique, he looks forward to guiding you on your own journey into the mesmerising world of infrared photography.
