About the event
Sony Cinema Line Workshop with Eric Peng
Join us for an intimate, hands-on Sony Cinema Line workshop led by Sony Digital Imaging Advocate Eric Peng. With a small class size, this session is designed to give you personalised guidance, practical insights, and the confidence to get started in video.
This workshop is ideal for beginner to intermediate users who are looking to familiarise themselves with video production and Sony Cinema Line cameras, or who want extra support as they begin their video journey. All camera brands are welcome—participants are encouraged to bring their own camera and lens, and Eric will help you get set up with the best settings on your personal gear. There will also be Sony Cinema Line cameras and lenses available to try during the session.
The workshop will be presentation-based, covering key concepts and workflows, with dedicated hands-on time to apply what you’ve learned. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with lenses, practice shooting, and capture a short clip you can add to your portfolio with a model on site.
Topics covered include essential video equipment (such as ND filters and stabilisers), recommended codecs and camera settings, and best practices for shooting video efficiently and creatively.
Attend this workshop and receive a PGYTech Camera Strap or gift valued at $70.
