Sony Alpha Scene Tasmania - FREE Meetup

I am looking after brand new Sony loan kit consisting of three cameras and 12 lenses, half of which are GM lenses.This will be a touch and try event allowing you to test some of Sony's newest cameras and lenses.

Techniques covered

Landscape and nature photography. Long exposure techniques using filters will also be discussed.

What to bring

• Lenses
• Tripod
• Tripod base plate if you plan to test a Sony camera

I don't have a camera/lens. Will I be able to borrow one?

Yes loan equipment will be available. Please note that you will have to share any equipment you borrow.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Please dress appropriately to the forecast. Waterproof shoes/boots are recommended if you want to photograph near the waters edge.

Can minors (under 18) register for this event if accompanied by a responsible adult who also books their own ticket?

Yes

Is it possible to get to the meetup point using public transport?

Unfortunately not. Please contact the organisers for car pooling options.
