About the event
Get ready for an epic afternoon of live football action between Norwest FC vs Wonston Hills Bears for a real game-day sports photography workshop. This is your chance to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced environment while learning how to capture dynamic football moments, emotion, movement, and storytelling through sport. Whether you are new to sports photography or looking to level up your action shooting, this workshop is all about hands-on experience with real players, real pressure, and real moments. Expect plenty of sideline coaching, camera tips, and creative guidance throughout the match while shooting alongside fellow creators. If you have ever wanted to learn how to confidently shoot live sport and walk away with images you are proud of, this is for you!
NOTE:
Please arrive at 12:30pm for the 1:30pm kick-off.
Sony loan gear will be available on the day, and we’ll organise all gear allocations from 12:30pm onwards before kick-off. If you’d like to borrow loan gear, please make sure you arrive by 12:30pm to allow for plenty of time.

What to bring
- Camera body (all brands welcome)
- Any zoom Lenses - 70-200, 100-400, 200-600, 400mm etc
- Closed in shoes
- Water bottle
- Jacket (might get pretty cold)
- Monopod is good if you have one, especially with a heavy zoom lens
- Good vibes always!
