Muriwai Beach Sunset Photo Meet-up

Join me and fellow creatives for a relaxed evening at Muriwai, one of Auckland’s most scenic beaches.

We’ll meet, chat about the best spots and camera settings for sunset shots, and then head out to capture the coastline, surf, birdlife, and that golden-hour glow.
 

Itinerary

• 6:30PM – Meet at the Muriwai Beach Scenic Carpark

• 6:30 – 6:45PM: Quick introduction and a short briefing about the best locations. I'll also share some tips for sunset photography.

• 6:45PM onwards: Explore the beach and nearby clifftop tracks, capturing the dramatic coastline, waves, and the setting sun.

This is a casual, social gathering - so there won't be any formal instruction given.

You don't need a Sony camera to attend this event. Bring your phone if you dont have a camera!

Please ensure that you sign up to this event with an active email address as I will be sending out regular email updates closer to the event.

• No specific techniques will be covered on the day, but I will be available to offer advice about camera settings and answer any questions that may arise.
