Step up your landscape photography and learn to get the most from filters!

About the event

Want to learn how to achieve that silky smooth water effect in your landscape images? Do you know the theory of long exposure photography, but need more practice with your filters? Do you have the patience to be a long exposure master?! This is the workshop for you!

Join Sony Digital Imaging Advocates Andrew J Clarke and Eric Peng for this long exposure workshop at the beautiful Cottesloe beach in conjunction with Sony Australia and Camera Electronic, as part of Sony House WA.

This workshop will include an introductory presentation covering the core concepts involved in long exposure photography, including example images of what to expect when using certain settings in certain conditions. From there, Andrew will guide participants to the preferred shooting locations, demonstrate his process for capturing long exposure images and assist you with your set up. The exact program will be somewhat flexible as it is always best to be responsive to the conditions when shooting landscape photography!
