The RX0 II is ultra-compact in size, with a tough, rigid body that's waterproof1, shockproof2 and crushproof3. The 180°-tiltable monitor lets you frame your own self-portraits and vlog adventures, and the 1.0-type sensor and advanced imaging processor deliver beautiful skin tones and enable Eye AF. Movies feature 4K 30p internal recording4 with image stabilisation.

  1. Under water, the minimum focal distance is increased and the angle of view is narrower.
  2. Passed MIL-STD810G C1 Method 516.7-Shock test onto 5cm plywood. Applies when LCD monitor is retracted.
  3. Sony test conditions. Applies when LCD monitor is retracted.
  4. Continuous recording time is approx. 45 minutes, and may vary with recording environment. A Class 10 or higher micro SDHC/SDXC memory card is required to record videos in the XAVC S format. UHS-I (U3) is also required for recording at 100Mbps.
  5. Angle of view (35mm format equivalent).
  6. In NTSC/PAL mode. Switchable through menu.
  7. Sound cannot be recorded when shooting slow motion. A Class 10 or higher micro SDXC or micro SDHC memory card is required.
